Project Description

Designed to be something innovative, this 5-tier cake was designed for our first wedding cake competition.  The cake sector itself has been covered in pale-green fondant and then encased in a fragile sugar cage.  The decorations on the cage represent a cherry blossom tree – chocolate fondant tree and hand-made sugar cherry blossoms.

 

This cake was awarded a ‘Bronze’ medal at Cake International 2013.
