Project Description

Designed as the centrpiece for a dessert table, Jessica is a 2-tier cake with a double height bottom tier and single height top tier.  The design combines 24 carat edible gold leaf to match the gold colour theme for the wedding with a delicate, hand made sugar peony and leaves.  Each of the 25 outer petals of the peony is individually cut, embossed, shaped, wired, assembled and then dusted to give a natural movement to each petal.
