Project Description

Designed to incorporate details of the Bride’s dress, Georgina is a grand 4-tier cake showcasing different textures and colours.  The bottom tier is made up of hundreds of hand-cut sugar petals arranged to create a ‘ruffle’ effect.  The second tier provides a striking contrast being perfectly smooth and covered in an edible pearlised paint.  The third pink tier again includes soft pink ruffles and the top tier is covered in sanding sugar to provide a subtle sparkle.  The hand-made bow topper provides a focal point and flows down the front of the design.
