Our menu below includes our most popular cake flavours. In addition, we regularly create bespoke flavours for couples looking for something a little more unique so do not hesitate to ask if your favourite flavour is not listed. We are proud to say that some of our menu favourites are based on recipes provided by Brides and Grooms themselves!
For sponge cakes, each cake is baked with the highest quality ingredients before being filled with a buttercream-based filling. The sponges are then enrobed with a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache before being covered with a layer of Swiss-made fondant to ensure freshness and a beautiful finish. Unless there is a specific reason which will be discussed with you, our sponges are all made in-house, by ourselves and are never frozen.
